Mr. Milner and his family will lead a select group of 10 students to Zanmi Beni in Port-au-Prince, Haiti from Saturday, May 25-Friday, May 31, 2013. Please sign up if you’d like to attend an initial student information session at 5:00 pm on Sunday, January 13, 2013. A parent information session will take place in February of 2013.

We are holding a benefit concert on May 3 at 7:30 pm in Crawford Hall. Please join us at the concert and spread the word. If you'd like to sign up to perform please send me an email at milnerj@uncsa.edu

I've learned a great deal about Haiti by reading Haiti, The Aftershocks of History by Laurent Dubois. It's a wonderfully written book and explains many questions I've had about Haiti's enduring poverty.
