KIVA is an organization that make micro-loans to entrepreneurs throughout the developing world.
My former student, Taylor Steelman, is a Kiva Fellow working in Burundi. You can follow her Kiva Fellows Blog.
Thanks to a generous anonymous donor we have $150 to loan through Kiva.
There are many deserving entrepreneurs who would like our loan and we need to do some research to figure out who should get it.
Go to the KIVA web site and do a little bit of research on the Kiva entrepreneurs.
When you decide which entrepreneur you would like to donate our $150 to, edit your choice into the chart below by 9:00 a.m. Friday. We'll vote for a winner in class.
